Job Purpose

To assist the department engineers, coordinators and the manager in collecting all the necessary data and information for site activities, development studies and the preparation of technical/commercial reports and presentation.

Job Description

1. Collect all necessary data & information required by department for economic feasibility studies, new site feasibility, investment analysis, customer surveys, market researches, commercial models, etc.
2. Conduct the scanning of all non-digital data and documents, categorize and load them in their relevant databases.
3. Prepare and collect the necessary data for technical and commercial studies, presentations, papers and reports.
4. Carry out all the necessary works related to preparation of materials for local and international forums, events/seminars and conferences.
5. Compile the required information for various governmental agencies, private investors GCC oil companies and agencies.
6. Maintain and update engineering drawings, layouts and standards for service stations and bulk fuel storage facilities.
7. Maintain Marketing operational processes flow charts and business models, using “Ptech Framework” systems.
8. Manage library of all relevant engineering and marketing standards, code of practice manuals, product specifications, technical bulletins, including Institute of Petroleum (IP), APEA, ADR, NFPA and other standards.
9. Follow up with government and private agencies or various aspects such as approvals, permits, queries, information, etc.

Job Requirement

o Diploma in BIS or IT or equivalent.
o Minimum 5 years’ experience in distribution and retailing business.
o Computer literate and good working knowledge of computer business applications including MS office systems.
o Ability to write memos, letters and reports.
o Very good knowledge of spoken/written English.
