Job Purpose

Interacts with internal and external customers on a daily basis to provide information in response to inquiries about hospital and medical service, apply a high standard of customer services.
The job-holder is required to maintain overall high standers for a wide range of administration /accounting skills. Responsible for checking /reviewing and charging of external medical invoices in PAS.Is also responsible for coordinating the activities of the Business Office during the Administration Officers’ vacation/sickness, absence.

Job Description

• Greets visitors, ascertain purpose of visit, and directs them to appropriate staff.
• Check and enter outside hospital charges through PAS.
• Performs all necessary credit adjustments in PAS.
• Verifies invoices received from external providers and liaise with the company on queries/services involved.
• Prepares monthly salaries for causal staff.
• Raise BP28 for services required.
• Checks and verifies all employee claims and invoices.
• Acts as liaison between NHRA licensing and HR regarding recruitment issues.
• Responsible as the liaison for all locum staff during their stay in Bahrain.
• Arranges the log and inventory for all assigned company vehicles.
• Orders hospital stationary, place printing orders and liaise with employees/office services.
• Handle all annual and casual leave entering on oracle system.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Business studies and Administration or Bachelor degree preferred
• 2 years’ experience, of which 1 year in Hospital Administration.
• Conversant in Arabic and English.
• Computer literate, working knowledge of word processing/spreadsheets, and data base internal applications, training provided for internal applications.
