Officer Customer Service
To handle the customer services – Customer order handling system, ensure on time customer deliveries, customer complaints and feedback, other functionalities of the Lubricant supply chain as required.
1. To enter customer orders in to Order handling system for Delivery order & ensure orders are efficiently handled to the customer’s expectations.2. To coordinate with warehouse distribution to arrange deliveries for the local market orders to make sure on-time delivery.3. To coordinate with Logistics Supervisor for the deliveries of Export Distributor orders to meet the customer order indent.4. To coordinate with the Logistics Supervisor on warehouse replenishment stock orders and enter into the order handling system to avoid stock outs of products.5. To handle Customer complaints in a timely manner by recording the details of customer complaints and passing the action required to the concerned person/s to resolve customer complaints.6. To support and work closely with lubricant supply chain to fulfill the customer requirement & satisfaction.7. To get the delivery note from warehouse, check the products delivered and submit to Accountant for the delivery confirmation and to tag
o Diploma in Office Administration/ Business Administration or equivalent.o 5 years’ experience in Customer Service area of Lubricant business or similar business.o Good knowledge and experience in computers, MS Office, E-Business Suite / ERP Oracle System – preferably in Order handling module and having knowledge of Manufacturing & warehousing modules.o Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements and good communication skills.
